In 2004 Dr. Hamilton established “The Life Center”, a Community Counseling facility dedicated to addressing the deep-seated hurts of individuals. As a Certified Counselor, Dr. Hamilton seeks to address the emotional and psychological struggles of individuals that hinder their progress and the realization of their fullest potential. She believes that there is a valid need to provide forums to facilitate learning and healing in an environment of trust. In this setting, individuals can learn to foster healthier relationships through counseling, mentorship, seminars, workshops, and retreats. The Life Center promotes holistic development thus strengthening the family as a whole. The Life Center is also a community outreach initiative that facilitates the practicality of the church by providing an organized forum to assist the less fortunate in society and those in distress to build stronger communities and progressively a stronger nation.

An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”

 He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”


Many Christians are afraid to admit that they go through bouts of depression, anxiety, fear, doubt, stress and other psychological challenges, in fear that their spirituality and relationship with God will be under scrutiny by their peers.   I  present to you, a safe place, where no judgement lives, for Christ came not for those that are well but those that are unwell and need a physician. He is the ultimate physician and is able through the power of His Spirit to bring healing in every area of your life.
